The requirements for our kitchen staff is totally different if you would compare them with the service team. The chefs at Parkheuvel have to have a love and passion for everything which has to do with food and cooking. They have to be in control of this beautiful craftmanship and they have to be able to find themselves in my philosophy. To be able to work in my kitchen you have to be creative and be able to go to the limits. This is the only way to achieve the results and the goals that I am looking for every day.
