Every day is a new mission to make sure that the dishes that we make are being served within the right and requested time to our guests. I never know what they will order and I just got one pair of hands. When you choose to accept this challenge, you will definitely need a team. People that are on the same level of thinking as I am, people who are willing to follow and to understand the same philosophy as I do.
